Our teas are also vegan-friendly and gluten free.

Proudly free from GMO, soy, dairy, eggs, nut, preservatives, artificial colours, artificial flavours or sweeteners.

To maintain freshness, store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Our teas come in food-grade, zip resealable bags for optimal preservation. If you prefer using a jar or canister, make sure it is properly sealed to keep your last cup as fresh as your first.

Our teas are filler and preservative free, and contents do settle in transit and storage. Some signature blends will require a gentle mix to ensure you get a bit of everything in your cup.

Avoid boiling water, aiming for 85-90 degrees for black teas, and 75-80 degrees for green teas. Fruit tisanes can be brewed at your preferred temperature.

To return a product, please contact us for a return authorisation. Once approved, we will advise next steps.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Change of mind refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

Refunds for change of mind will only be issued after we receive the package unopened and in its original condition.

Change of mind refunds shipping is to be paid by the consumer.
