How to Brew
Black tea infused with delicate bergamot oil, jasmine and orange needs consideration and patience to preserve its citrusy aroma and floral notes.
Steeping at the recommended temperature ensures a delightful balance of the robust tea with the delicate tones.
Steeping too cool will prevent the oils from singing. The tea may taste flat, and the
aromatic oils won’t shine.
Recommended temperature is 90°C
